With the aim of ensuring that by 2030 at least 30% of the planet's ocean can be conserved through marine protected areas, an initiative promoted by the United Kingdom that is part of the United Nations Convention on #Biodiversity .
The #WorldAllianceForTheOceans brings together governments, international organizations, civil society groups and private sector organizations, which will mobilize resources and knowledge to solve threats that affect the health of the oceans, their sustainability and productivity.
Our country is part of this coalition. From #AcústicaMarina, we celebrate and promote the generation of strategic alliances of actors from different fields for joint and multidisciplinary work that allows the development of projects and implementation of actions for the conservation, care and protection of the ocean.
